Reminders
Automatic handling of client payment reminders
Payment reminders
The Payment reminders screen follows overdue invoices and drives the reminders sent to your clients. Reach it from Finance > Reminders.

Indicators
Four cards measure your collection:
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Overdue invoices | Number of invoices past their due date |
| Reminders sent | Number of reminders actually sent |
| Collection rate | Share of receivables collected |
| Average payment delay | The average delay observed, in days |
Each card shows a trend under its figure ("No change", "No data" when the history is too thin).
Availability by plan
Reminders are not included in every plan. On a plan that does not cover them, a banner states that "automatic and manual sending is disabled" and that the STARTER plan or above is required. The sending buttons then appear greyed out, and the See plans button leads to the plan change.
While the plan does not cover the feature, the screen stays readable: you see your overdue invoices and your indicators, but no reminder can go out.
The two tabs
The screen splits into two views:
- To chase — the overdue invoices needing action
- History — the reminders already sent
The overdue invoice table
The To chase tab shows "Overdue invoices needing a reminder" with the following columns:
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Invoice | The document number, clickable |
| Client | The client's name, identifier and email address |
| Amount | The sum due, sortable |
| Due date | The invoice's due date |
| Overdue | Number of days late, shown as a pill |
| Last reminder | The date of the last reminder, or "Never" |
| Last tone sent | The tone of the last message sent |
| Next reminder | The planned date, or "auto disabled" |
| Reminders | Counter of reminders already sent |
| Actions | Sending a reminder for this line |
The Amount and Overdue columns are sortable. The Search by invoice or client field and the Days overdue filter narrow the list; Clear filters resets everything.
The Last tone sent column makes the escalation visible: a first polite reminder, then firmer messages. Knowing which tone has already gone out is what stops the same formal notice being sent twice.
Available actions
Four buttons at the top of the screen:
- Templates — the reminder message templates
- Manage reminders — the configuration of the levels and their cadence
- Enable automatic reminders — toggles automatic sending
- Manual reminder — triggers a reminder immediately
Once automatic reminders are on, the Next reminder column shows the planned date instead of "auto disabled", and reminders go out without intervention while staying traced in the History tab.
