Save time when creating invoices by registering your products and services in YouInv beforehand.

Adding an item

1. In the main menu, click Sales then Items.
2. Click the New product button.
3. Fill in the item's details:
   • Name: the name that appears on the invoice.
   • Reference: your internal code for this product.
   • Price: the unit price excluding tax.
   • VAT: the VAT rate that applies by default.
4. Click Save.

Using them on invoices

Once your items exist, you can select them directly while creating an invoice.

• Start typing the name or the reference in an invoice line.
• Select the suggested item.
• The price and the VAT fill in automatically (you can still change them for that one line if needed).
