Accounting Tools

The Accounting tab is your command centre for processing your clients' financial data.

The Accounting menu

Once inside a client's file, the Accounting menu gives you the advanced tools:

• To process: the documents needing an action or an accounting approval.
• Journals: consult the sales and purchase journals generated automatically.
• SODA: handling SODA files (for importing payroll entries and other miscellaneous operations).
• Reports: generating balances, general ledgers and provisional income statements.

Exports

YouInv makes integration with your accounting production software straightforward. You can export the data in several standard formats:

• UBL: for electronic invoices (sales and purchases).
• CODA: for bank statements.
• PDF: for supporting documents.

These exports can be run in bulk for a given period, which simplifies your monthly or quarterly closing.
